Hello, I (23f) graduated college 2 years ago, and have been working at this family business for almost a year to boost up my resume. I was using this as a stepping stone to be able to get a better paying job. Ive been doing our website, social media & marketing (mainly the website). I recently got a new manger & he has decided to take over my job basically. He has way more experience than me, so I would like to use this as a learning opportunity, but he can be very rude and arrogant. I told him he can come off ride, and would love to learn if he would be open to teaching me as long as there is respect on both sides. He agreed, but there is still an underlying feeling there. I just think I’ve gotten everything I can get out of this job. I have no bills, no kids, and I have the luxury to live my mom while helping out with small stuff. Am I being entitled? Or is this a good time to explore a different route?
