I’m a cnc operator and a welder. I work at a small fab shop. First ever job in the career field. I’ve worked for this company for 3 years. A lot of my friends told me I should quit. Because I have to work 50+ hours a week. I constantly get harassed like I’m not good at my job, I don’t know how to do my job. I’m the only African American in the shop. So I get plenty of “jokes” aimed at me. I’m so also the 28. Everyone else is 40+. I’m planning on moving soon. But I have to stay till then. Now I don’t even want to get up in the morning. I’m just tired of everything. Sorry I kind need to rant
