…I'm talking 4-5,000 new guests every week or so. Lots of workers got sick with any virus that was brought in. The attendance policy allowed for 3 excused days off per month. This was until a new HR director was hired…then the attendance policy was changed to 5 excused days off per calendar year…and doctors notes didn't matter, “because they were easily forged.” Lots of people quit and were fired in January…anyone surprised?
