I usually lurk on Reddit, but you guys inspired me to quit my job.

I have been going to Dogtopia since June of this year. I spent possibly less than a month training because they didn't have enough time to proberly train people. During this time I work with people that are consistently stressed out and shifting the blame onto others. During work recently, I had to work with a person that was acting as a temporary Manager on Duty. The real manager was not at work that day. At first, they were on vacation but then they resign due to being too stressed. -The new temporary M.O.D kept getting mad at me over everything. -I had to help give a customer a discount and messed up.
I had to make the M.O.D fix the problem while I leave because my shift ended and I needed to catch the bus.
-The next time I see her, I apologized and she refused to talk to me. She also refuses to look at me.
-My job is to help bring the dogs to the playroom. She tells me not to interact with the dogs and get out. She swatted at me, but never touched me.
-When I was interacting with a customer and their dog, the M.O.D snapped at me and told me I was in the M.O.D's way because they were trying to find the dog cucumbers for an event I wasn't notified about.
-When a different person was the M.O.D for the day, the person that is usually mean to me had to be a canine coach that day. When I brought in dogs to their playroom, this person got mad at me again and told me to leave the dogs alone and to stop doing my job.
-I had to print out the feeding schedules for the dogs and hand it to the M.O.D. They ignored it and printed themselves a new copy instead of using the one I printed.
-I told the new M.O.D and they explain to me that the old M.O.D person is stressed out due to the company over working all of the employees. I was told not to take their attitude problem personal.
-I asked the friend of the old M.O.D and was told the same thing.
-I had to print papers for dogs that were boarding and give it to the old M.O.D. They told the new M.O.D that I never printed it. The new one lectured me and told me to do a better job. I pointed out the papers were placed under a clip board that wasn't there before.
-I had to collect playroom notes from the old M.O.D. They were supposed to hand me the binder with the notes. They didn't. I told the new M.O.D, and they told me that the old one was under a lot of stress and busy. I saw them having a friendly conversation with eachother during the time I was suppose to have recieve the binder. Over 10 minutes later, someone else had to get it for me because the binder was in one of the playrooms. By law, people not trained and certified to be a Canine Coach can't enter the playrooms due to safety reasons. Which is why I had to wait instead of getting it myself.
-I had to type in notes of the dogs behavior into the work computer. The notes from the old M.O.D were covered in drawings of hearts and starts. Looked like a bored child drew it. I told the new M.O.D about it. They made no comment.
-The notes from the old M.O.D were inappropriate. Example: “Lilly, Rocco, Brutus, and Mookie were obsess with Walter's P—-. I pointed this out to the new manager and they told me to reword everything in a cleaner way when logging the info in to the computer.
-The old M.O.D got mad at me when a customer called about boarding and wanted to know if there was free space on a specific day. I said “Let me check”. For some reason, this caused the old M.O.D to clutch their head in anguish because what I said was a stupid response. They told me to always say yes because Dogtopia always has boarding room.
-The new M.O.D got mad at me for not giving a new customer a paper application. But I pointed out that the new customer was standing directly in front of the new M.O.D while I was in the break room putting on my work shirt and about to punch in for work. The problem happened before my shift started so that's not my problem.
-The new M.O.D of duty kept blaming me for misplaced items. The items that got misplaced was not misplaced by me.
-The new M.O.D got mad at me for when a customer took home their paper application. I was near the playroom trying to put a dog in the room. The customer left when I was in a completely different area of the building. One of the M.O.Ds (not the old one) were sitting right there and didn't stop this customer.
-Every time I make a mistake, I get lectured. Every time someone else makes a mistake, I still get lectured to learn from their mistakes.
-I'm always late to start my lunch break because I need to help with something.

I'm planning on leaving this week.
