I just want to be part of one of these meetings for once. When they talk about 50% wage cuts, and firing 5K people, or Netflix deciding to cancel all good shows, and all these kinds of talks.
Like, I need to see what the fuck they are talking there. Yes, we all know, they are greedy and want money, obviously. But, what the actual fuck do they talk in there? How do they get to the decision to fire a few thousand people, or plan to cut hours and payment in a huge amount, and then think this will work out??
I doubt the conversation is literally “Lets cut the payment by 50%, people wont mind”…or when Netflix cancels EVERY good and popular show, and then is surprised about loosing subscribers. I want to see what they actually talk during these decisions so fucking bad…
We all always just see the end result. People being fired, getting less money, etc…and we all just say “they are greedy, wtf”. But like…dude, for real, how do they get to these decisions!?
