Like I said, I took everything. All the assigned cleaning schedules. The monthly inspection forms with the client. Documentation of each piece of equipment and it's serial numbers. Everything that I had created for them to keep the client happy and the contract running smooth. Instead of firing me I was put on the cafeteria schedule and cleaned the west side of the building including the Cafe. My replacement who had worked there as a custodian in the south building for about a month had no idea what he was doing and my new supervisor told me to train him. I was fucking guffawed. You want to come to my account and demote me and then have me train my replacement? I told him that since I had been demoted I must have been doing things wrong and I wouldn't want to pass that on. If they wanted to replace me that was fine but they needed to learn how to do my job on their own like I did. Setups in the conference rooms weren't being done and people who were absent weren't being covered. Inspections weren't being done with the client monthly. It had gone to shit. It got to the point where I brought in a voice recorder to document interactions with my new boss's. On one occasion the new big boss came in and cornered me in the supply room and belittled me for my first 45 minutes with me asking constantly and on tape can I go to work now? Later that day the two managers called me into my old office to ask me how to log onto the system and check setups. I told them that if I couldn't do my job right then I was the last person they should ask and I just wanted to go back to cleaning my schedule. They fired me on the spot. 6 months later they lost the account which was their main account. And a year after that they were out of business. Good riddance you idiots.
