So I came here before for how my GM behaves. That has gotten better, but now a whole other issue has come up.
I was hired for a full time 8hr/day 40hr/wk position at a hotel. I am now being told 9 months in that I am now only allowed to work the equivalent of 8 min per room.
I.e 20 rooms = 2h40m I am allowed to work without getting in trouble.
Is this a fair thing for my employer to do? Is this illegal at all?
