I gotna higher paying job fully remote so I could move and focus more on my health. I got a great marketing gig for a company that manages human resources. I start the job and love it I had came from only sales. I tell everyone my friends family and girlfriend how much I like the job. I work on campaigns and I get praise for my work. Of corse I get a little nervous hearing of lay offs but think I'll be fine.
Unexpectedly I get a call from HR out of blue in the mide of the week. They announce the company is conducting lay offs and I'm inclined. Like I'm in shock I did 6 weeks I love this job I think I'm doing great and bam. I get slammed. I am just so angry and upset like I had no feedback nothing. I did my best and now I have to give back all this stupid equipment. Like why even hire me. I already was finding ways to fix so many things this company was doing wrong. Like the internal communication was terrible and I could have done so much to fix processes. Anyways becareful out there. They even tried to play up the unemployment like you probably will get it….as if I just wanna work for a dang decent company that doesn't discard humans like cattle….
