I was quiet promoted TWICE in a year. I spoke up and was quiet fired. Now I’m going to quiet quit and act my wage.

Is anyone else experiencing this in the workplace? I have been getting more and more work without more pay or title change or even getting anywhere close to having those conversations. Actually when I pushed the topic I was met with nastiness from my supervisor and manager. I feel like they’ve completely written me off now. I am so demotivated, embarrassed, depressed, tired, and overworked/under paid, that I am just quiet quitting. I don’t want anyone to even know I’m there. It seems like there are still enough co workers willing to do this work for nothing. Unless we are all feeling the same but no one else is sticking up. This is all quiet movement in the workplace. So quiet firing is essentially when your manager writes you off after asking about a raise or title change for the additional work. They then strategically ensure you will not move up or be looked at for any type of promotion. That is what is causing quiet quitting and acting your wage.
