I (23F/ UK) was sent home today from my job in a Café after having a panic attack this morning. Just got the call about an hour ago that they can't rely on someone unreliable so unless I could fix my mental illness within the next few days I shouldn't come back. After researching it apparently this is allowed. Edit: ok maybe it isn't allowed. I will contact citizens advice bureau in the morning.
