My boss offered me a “promotion” where I would make less than I do hourly.

The “promotion” is a salary position where he said he would expect 50hours a week + overtime and occasionally weekends. I did the math and just working 50 hours a week at my current rate would be $5,500 more than the offer that he gave me. I denied his offer and told him this. A couple hours later he has me come into his office where he made a spread sheet showing how it would actually be more money. The only issue was he only put 1 hour of overtime a day and claimed that that's how much over time I'd get working 10 hour shifts. So according to my boss 2 hours equals 2 hour. I'm going to turn him down again tomorrow.
