I will not get my paycheck this pay period, without it I can’t afford basic needs

I work for in home caregiving and I will not get paid this pay period. I have a second job that’s my main job. But for in home caregiving I work 10 hours every week for this client because 10 hours is enough to qualify for their union benefits. Every two weeks I get about $270 for working for her. With my main job I get about $800. So essentially I make about $1000 every two weeks. Which seems like a lot but I have a car payment, rent, dental loans I’m paying off, groceries, etc. shit I need. Without this $270 I won’t have enough for gas and food. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I didn’t owe $195 for taxes this pay period. Which after all my bills and paying taxes I’m quite literally having to borrow money for gas and going to the food…

But unfortunately the app that I use to clock in for my client will automatically deny my punches when I go to clock out. I’ve gone to my local office that I work for with my client, I’ve left numerous voice mails, I’ve contacted HR because no one at the office was helping me. I’ve called the app hotline, and I’ve talked with the case worker for my client, and the supervisor at my office. I even went as far as contacting my states labor department but the line is busy and no one answers the phone. No one can figure out why it’s not working. No one has answers. Not even the supervisor can make a clock in for me, it automatically gets denied. I’m being pushed in all these directions. This has been ongoing for TWO weeks and it’s going on week three. I will not get compensated for my work this pay period. It wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t have to pay my taxes, but I do. And I desperately need this money. I’m beyond frustrated that nobody has figured out why it’s doing this. It’s been two weeks and it’s still not fixed. This is ridiculous that a company can be so unorganized, their top priority should be making sure their employees get paid. This is not fair, I need this money. I jumped through so many hoops and it’s still not resolved.
