Antiwork

I work as a lab tech at a hospital, my boss is a psycopath and friends with her boss. Union tried to not get her reelected for hire but failed. What is the best way to say good bye and help my colleagues?

I cannot take it anymore. I get excluded from meetings, from getting to learn certain tasks that should be a part of my daily job, get constant hints that I should be switching jobs (but gave poor reference when I applied to another!) Meanwhile she cannot find anything to critisize about my work – rather the opposite. I go above and beyond and have taken responsibility for things way above my pay grade and job title. But, I ask difficult questions about what's going on in the lab when it comes to the handling of cancerogenic chemicals. But, I ask difficult questions about what's going on in the lab when it comes to the handling of cancerogenic chemicals. I work in pathology and our ventilation is crap and things get sweeped under the rug. At the start of my employment after an obligatory introduction about how to safely handle chemicals I sent an email with my concerns (by referring to what was said during the intro) and observations to ask what is expected of me but also what I can expect from them. After that she tried to dump me at another lab, get me to change jobs and now making my worklife as difficult as possible.

Also, our working environment is seriously lacking on several fronts and her way of dealing with it was moving her office into our lab to quell any talk about our frustrations (her words).

My contract ends in a few months time. What is the best way to say my good byes? I need to focus on making some sort of exit that may help my colleagues but also make her poor leadership even more transparent. I may be naive but I'll be losing my wits soon if I can't focus on anything else but my day to day work (which I can't even plan a day ahead because of her). I kinda have nothing to lose anymore because I obviously cannot use her as a reference anyways.
