We have the same position and in-fact he is my senior technically. Ive been struggling with the Idea of telling him that my pay dwarfs his. I actually don’t like this person at all. He is mean, bitter, disrespectful, dismissive, and has an old head attitude “set in his ways” But he has a big family….kids, grandkids, etc. He simply is not paid what he is worth tho, he should be making at least $5/hr more. Now I like to think im a good person but I am really struggling with this, please convince me to tell him. Wwyd?
