I(21M) pretended to overlook a new colleague’s(24F) friend request on social media. And now she thinks of me indecent and is being against for everything. What should I do to alleviate this toxic atmosphere?

She sent me friend request on her first day at work. But since I didn’t know her I pretended not notice that. Now she thinks I am being rude and impolite, and is being against me for trivial daily things. How would you deal with this circumstance though?
