So after pondering this for a long time, the closest I'll ever come to a dream job would be as someone organizing labor to fight back. Sure I could google this and get some info, but I wanted to get some feedback from people already struggling to get more out of their jobs. What would you need to see to join a union? What would it take to get the issues raised at your work places? And any advice for starting out in this field from others would be great as well. I live in Western New York (Buffalo) and plan on helping my community, not moving.
