To make a long story short, my organization has stopped paying for janitorial services. They now expect the lowest paid department, who also has arguably the most responsibilities throughout the day, to clean the break room that the entire organization uses, as well as the bathrooms in one building.
Looking for advice on how to respond to this email? A way to professionally say “why are we the only ones doing this when literally everyone uses the break room?” It seems like the bathrooms in the other buildings are divided by department, but somehow we ended up with the break room exclusively.
