If a business owner doesn’t think teenagers deserve to be paid a living wage because they don’t need it, don’t hire teenagers maybe.

As an employer you are paying for labor. The labor from a highschooler saving up for a playstation 5 is the same labor as a single parent of three kids under 10. If you are against raising minimum wage because you don't think teenagers need that kind of money, don't hire teens. Labor and time is valuable no matter who it comes from or what situation they are in.
