I had this recruiter reach out to me about a remote role, that is $50 an hour with a degree required. I laughed, said no thanks, and hung up.
Don't fall for the bait, i had roles that were much higher than $50 an hour, that were remote, and didn't require a degree. Don't fall for the degree bullshit, keep your options open. Chances are if you do get an offer with a company with that low of a rate (thats the rate they offered someone with 8-9 years of experience lol), that requires a degree, chances are you will be treated like s***, your work will be undervalued, and it won't be the best work experience at all.
Keep improving your skills, and don't settle.
