If you’re only supposed to do nothing but your contracted role, why doing more, when filling in for boss and coworkers when their off isn’t wage theft as dictated by the same logic. This is addressed mostly to our comrades at the US. It’s not that t he’s concepts don’t exist outside of it but I feel there is more reciprocity and being considered a responsible autonomous adult goes both ways. At least by the impression I get on this sub.
