I put my notice in at this place. Boss is doing the typical whining about me leaving. He told me if I had quit without notice, he would've purposely withheld my check as long as possible before he gets in trouble.
Let's just say this guy is awful. Like today for example, he posted a photoshopped pic of the pretty new girl surrounded by black men. Like that one meme. He sent it to the group chat for all the store managers. Yesterday we had a really friendly black lady come by. Boss saw her. Pulled out some crappy $20 whip he bought and started cracking it in the shop. Then chased my white coworker around with it saying “Cmere boy!” And offended the customer. Customer left.
So, there anyway he could get penalized for doing this? I really just want my check and to never see these people again.
