I always hear that if you borrowed too much PTO throughout the year then you will have to pay it back in the event that you stop working. What about the opposite? I have accrued more PTO than I’ve used and I’m about to be on my way out. Will I get paid for it or should I use everything I’ve accrued before I leave?
