These poor people are calling in because their freaking vehicle isn't working. Yes, I know people trying to scam. That doesn't mean you treat everyone like shit from the 1st second. They are left on hold for easily an hour. (Average hold is 80 minutes) Then they get told we can't do anything. Even after the initial no, we won't do anything. I have to place the blame on the dealership and say that the dealership is independently owned and they don't have to listen to us.
There is so much more I could say but I'm sure you all have heard it all.
So, I found another job that starts in 10 days. But, I think I am going to keep training so I can learn how not to do something or in case I change my mind.
