I don't understand companies that demand you to show up to work for every shift if you are able to do it at home. Why don't we compromise so we only have to show up 2 – 3 times a week? It would be a lot better if we are able to take a break from the office. The longer the week drags on and I have to shower, shave, get dressed, grab something to eat, drive to work I get burned out by the time it's Wednesday. Heck some weeks I'm tapped out by Tuesday.
