This was what I used to do a few years back when I was working for the man and on the hunt for a new role.
I was on the prowl, getting interviews left and right. Once I landed a role, I went back and searched for rejection emails from places I interviewed.
Most were cool, and rejections were sent out. No sweat, thanks for letting me know. For the ones that didn't, I left very critical 1-star reviews on their Google My Business profiles.
My favorite was a recruiting firm's digital marketing/lead generation role. Basically said, 'Waste of time. For a recruiting firm, if this is how they treat internal candidates, I can't imagine how they work with clients on retainer.'
Very quickly had an email in my inbox about how I must have been missed, blah, blah, blah.
Fuck em.
