My customer at this particular place, told me it was “backstabbing” because(person that asked for estimate) should go to him first. He doesn’t mind me working for the other person as he stated,he just wants me to charge him more so he (owner) is getting the better deal. As a contractor and not an employee Im responsible for looking for my own jobs and accounts.I own the tools and materials for all jobs.
Am i wrong?
He stated he doesn’t have a problem with other contractor that replaces windshields because thats “different”. However is not. It will be if im his employee
