Antiwork

I’m a recovering workaholic. Any advice would be appreciated.

I did my bachelors and my masters with two kids to put food on the table. Im 27 and exhausted. I'm currently working 60 hour weeks and haven't had a weekend YTD. Love what I do, but hate the people, hours, and culture. Attrition at the senior director level is high with an avg tenure of 2 years. Funnily though, it's a rather large company. I thought getting my masters and working my ass off would get me to a point where the ludicrous hustle stops, but regrettably it has only maintained. My basic financial needs (house, food, insurance, gas) are 3500 net monthly income. How do I get out of these chains? I've only been at my job a year and they're promoting me to senior analyst, is it stupid to consider quitting?
