Halp! So I work retail. Right now the owner is “punishing” a coworker by cutting his hours because he doesnt know how to answer questions basically. The owner asks him to do something he responds “yeah when I get a chance” the owner asks why something isnt done my coworker offers excuses. We get paid ok. Not great but ok. I started at $22 in 2 months it went to $23.50 I am their hardest worker which is generally what I do at any job. Lift this safe yes sir no problem sir build this bbq yes sir no problem sir you get the idea. Well now that my coworker is getting punished for basically being a moron I have to do all his work. Oh and recently another coworker has been slacking so I am expected to do 3 peoples work. How do I get this to stop? My other coworkers act lile im taking money from the slackers. Its not making me popular. Tltr Im 44 I work harder than 99% of others my boss is making me do 3 jobs how do I make it stop and keep my job tltr my job blows tltr grunt……
