If my instincts/understanding is correct, I appreciate that she’s passively standing up to him.
Thanks. Im starting to feel guilty for even considering applying.
The nature of his psychopathic behavior makes it such that he is framing me as a bad candidate and her as unreasonable for not agreeing to just shoo me away. So I almost feel bad for her that she has to deal with his controlling tendencies trying to tell me I can’t work there. She seems like a good, nice person. So I’m confused.
He seems to cause these sorts of dramas/tensions/wedges between everyone. So I’m not the anomaly. I just need to know how to continue to present myself as the reasonable party. Because in my innocence and naïveté, I may come across differently than intended.
He’s being a huge jerk about it and trying to pressure her to deny me an employment opportunity.
I just need to know how to continue to present myself as the reasonable party here. Probably 99% of people like and appreciate me, but he’s in the 1% of people who just dislike me and are unwilling to change their mind.
Help?
