It's been a rough couple of years for me. I immigrated to Canada in my mid-thirties and right before the pandemic. it's been a chain of horrible jobs and underemployment. I just can't break into “entry level” jobs. It's impossible to compete with locals and freshly graduated people. “Organizations” that are supposed to help newcomers and/or disabled people offer even more horrible jobs. I'm caught. The job I currently have is severely abusive and also killing my body as well as soul/mind.
