Got this job at the beginning of 2021 and it sucked real bad.
- There's no car park. We're supposed to pay for our own car park.
- The place literally had no food except for one (which charges expensive because they have no competition).
- Only boss entitled for a laptop, all of us are on desktops imagine testing machine while lugging your PC across the room.
- You can't take emergency leave of you're on probation. Even for one day.
- Jock worshipping – jock seen to be the programmer which everyone loves and he can treat someone bad and no one will bat an eye.
I finally applied to another job and left early this year.
So adiós, I really pity the rest of the crew because they seem like nice people who don't deserve to be in this kind of poorly managed work place.
