I’m getting a bad evaluation this year. I’m a hard worker but i have a mouth and I lay things out like like they are. The error they made was trying to phrase it as bad thing.

I've been in management along time. I'm very customer oriented. I don't fuck about tho. If someone has something to say… I respond in kind. That's gotten me a bad eval. That's fine. Half the vendors want to hire me and are offering bonuses for sign up. Most customers love me because I'm reliable and fair. If youre going to block raises this year because some asshole was pissed I was an asshole right back… Well… Good luck to you. I'll just work someplace else. It's all the same to me.
