For my entire life I’ve loved cooking. I’ve cooked passionately for my friends and for my family for a very long time. When I was younger I wanted to be a professional chef, but honestly I’m so glad that I never pursued it.
Right now, cooking is still my favorite hobby, because it hasn’t been spoiled by capitalism.
Pursuing your passions and hobbies as a career will ultimately ruin them. You will eventually dread every second of your dream job. Tonight I’m going to make a meal for my girlfriend and my family and I’m going to genuinely enjoy every minute.
