Should I inform the IRS?

First the backstory: A few months ago I quit working for a small independently owned shop. I should’ve quit my first week when my boss called a customer a c*nt and told a former co worker to “stop acting like a boy and be a man”. I did mostly admin work for them to help keep their store and life organized. During this time, I’d seen them refuse to work with a customer because “they didn’t look like they could afford the products”, not update customers on the status of their products, belittle customers for wanting their money back and talk trash about former employees. I finally had it when they told me that I sucked at my job so my hours were going to be cut but they also wanted to give me more tasks.

I was shocked, especially because I was working overtime to keep up with the demands. I quit a week later. Once I quit, they blocked all of my accounts and number. This was an issue because I hadn’t been paid for my last week of work. I eventually got my last check (that’s a longer story).

Now let’s move to the present, a few days ago I learned that they haven’t paid taxes on the business for 4 years. I’m conflicted because although my boss treated myself and others like trash, being audited by the IRS would ruin them. I’ve seen how much debt they are in and I doubt they’d recover. Should I report them to the IRS?
