All the workers for my shift are going to be in one spot with the manager of all managers for my fc. He’s a mega ultra out of touch boomer. The super sayan of boomers if you will.
We were recently given a cost of living raise (if you can call it that) of $.90 and if you’ve been here five years and capped out $.30.
When that guy has been asked about that he’s said and I quote: “there’s no point of doing bigger raises because it’s just inflation. You just have to tough it out until it goes back down again”
What can I respectfully say to that so I don’t loose my job? Any help is welcome thanks!
