I’m having anxiety crisis only from thinking on coming to work

I’ve been working for a tech company for the last year or so. I used to like working with the team and the technology we used was a challenge for me, so I was always excited. In the beginning of the year, they fired 25% of the company and everything changed, CEO posting things on LinkedIn that are totally the opposite from what’s happening inside the company, CTO doing dumb changes to systems we use and are crucial to the company, causing huge issues when communicating with different teams and customers, managers pretending to work and the point that is making me crazy is the fact that we can’t ask for raises because “we have no money” even though they are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on things that are failing and will be debt fuel for the company. Last week I was working and felt a strange chest pain, it didn’t stop until the moment I left the office. A few days later, I felt the same pain and jaw pain when going to work, thought I was having a heart attack and got worried about it because I’m only 29 and heart attacks are fatal on young people.

Yesterday was getting ready to go to work and felt the same thing, 142 BPM seated, chest pain…called in sick, pain stopped, heart frequency went down.

I’m looking for another job but I’ll need to face this every day until find something. Does anyone have any suggestions?
