couple days ago i was coming back to my work area from going to the bathroom. While I was passing by a co worker proceeded to call me lazy and that I’ll never be a man until i did a certain job. I proceeded to just call him “ bald head “ then he pushed me aggressively and told me never to disrespect him ever again like that. I’m 21 years old and he’s in his 40s , and he was balding. Later on throughout the day he was telling people he did it because his aunt and nephew both have cancer. I never knew any of that. Now people are making me feel bad and calling me a snitch
he got suspended for a week
