And this is why I have no set career. My resume is literally 1-2 yrs at each job. I do have a career field but if you were to look at my resume you’d be like “what the fuck is this mess”. Well this fucking mess is because of bad managers not improving or good managers leaving and having bad managers replace them or it’s because of the pay. I’m a bio major who has been working for 10 years since graduating. I have worked at 7 companies…going on 8 next monday. I’m now changing careers. This is all because of poor managers and terrible pay. The system is broke and no one seems to care to fix it. Why should someone be paid less than $20 hr to conduct field surveys and reports, manage staff and volunteers, manage expenses, and do their own scheduling and time card. Madness.
