I’m over everything.

Last Saturday I survived a mass shooting at the Allen Outlets in Texas. I was working, and it was the most traumatic event I’ve ever experienced. I literally just left my house yesterday for the first time. Anyway, my store manager, the district manager nor anyone from corporate has reached out to us at all in the aftermath. Nothing. I truly cannot believe no one gives a shit about us. It’s disgusting. Meanwhile my friend (who works at a difficult store) has been getting daily calls from her manager, HR has sent the employees mental health resources, given them bonuses, and the district manager took all the employees out to dinner, even the ones who weren’t working when the shooting happened. My store manager has not checked on me ONCE but I’ve had former employees text me to make sure I’m ok. It’s so fucked up. Sorry for any grammatical errors, I’m pissed.
