I got wrote up earlier last week for attendance and told if I was even late once more until October ill be fired. It's one of those stupid point system policies and the points fall off after a year but if you forget to call in you get hit with half those points.
I was robbed when I no called no show and any other time I was sick with no doctor note or I just over slept. So really I've only missed 3 days and a couple hours out of 8 months of work.
I hate point systems as I can't control when I get sick and I definitely can't control when people decide to steal from me.
