Hi, I’m a hotel work who is under a union. Today I got asked to clock out today at 22:40 instead of 23:00.
I’m still leaning but I’m also autistic, and I tend to talk about weird things like automation, computers, and dream up ideas.
It’s my personality but others see it as arrogance but I’m not trying to be full of myself. I need to learn but I tend to go off on tangents.
I also need to sit down a lot not when the customer is checking in obviously but when they are not around. I got an injury at a old job site.
Still waiting to head to the doctor to get a note from them to make it a accommodation.
I’m just scared of losing my job, and I want people to accept me for who I am.
