I’m really tired of being hired for jobs only to find out it’s chaotic, and leadership has no idea what to do about their hostile customer base.

Maybe they should have planned out how to adapt to digital demands years ago. That and we need more employee protections from being hired for jobs that are almost impossible to accomplish in current conditions.
