I am quitting my current job that I hate. they make me work 50-60 hours a week and I'm salary so I'm getting way underpaid for the labor I am doing. I hate this job and we are so understaffed. we are about to enter the busy season also and I feel bad. I like my boss and coworker, but I gotta do this. I have a job lined up just getting clearence since it's with the government. what's the best way to quit with out fighting?
I'm more nervous about quitting than I was when I broke up with my last gf.
am I being selfish by quitting? maybe, but I'm aloud to be selfish right?
