I’m sick and not coming into my job tomorrow may get me terminated

I work for one of the biggest retailers in the US, some of you can probably guess which one. I work in food departments, I handle dry food and just about everything chilled(milk, eggs, frozen food, cheese, etc.) I'm sure customers will love to see a man sneezing, blowing into bloody tissues handling their food. /s I have been sneezing and spitting up bloody mucus all week, also headache, fever, throwing up and more. I'm recovering, got tested for everything and quickly started getting better on the medication they gave me. I feel like I could come to work tomorrow as I do feel well enough to do some things but I don't think I should, I got sick from someone else at work so it's obviously contagious, I had a fever less than 24 hours ago. This place only lets you have 4 call outs. I was already at 3 for other medical issues, I called out today and I could be open to termination if I call out tomorrow. They don't give sick time and don't accept doctor's notes. Some of you probably already know the company. I say 'may' get me terminated because a lot of people at my job are getting their absences excused because the store is so in the red in terms of turnover and they literally can't afford to hire anyone to replace anyone.

Part of me just wants to call out again because fuck the stupid, predatory attendance policy, fire me if you must. I hate how this shit is legal. I have 2 months of expenses saved up so if I got fired it wouldn't be the worst thing that could happen to me, I'm so overworked I don't know if I'd be mad or celebrating.

Anyone out there have experiences with bs like this? What did you do?
