I've applied to, on average, 3 jobs a day, I have a resume up for employers to see and have had companies reach out to me asking me to submit a formal application.
At first I was like “oh cool of course” but everytime it's signing up for a new employment site, and giving them the same info that's on my resume. It's a huge waste of time and im not sure why they think it's worth me rewriting my info multiple times.
Not to mention they always ask for my resume anyways???
By the end of every app it's like I've regurgitated my resume like 3 times and I've gotten sick of my own info.
