I have worked with multiple people who consider themselves to be “ideas people.” I’m sick of this shit. If I never had to worry about logistics, practicality, planning, tracking, budgets, timelines, communications, and assessment, I’m sure I’d have time to sit on my ass “thinking of ideas” too. The ideas is the east part. Making shit actually happen is the actual work. How do people get away with this shit? Infuriating. And they’re usually the highest paid. Just a joke.
