So as title says, the company culture is kinda toxic.
We have several very stupid people yet very arrogant and aggressive. They can’t do their jobs well and every time when they make mistake, they blame on other people. They are also very aggressive and whenever you talk about work stuff with them, they get defensive and assume you are trying to pick a fight. The only thing they are good at is to get boss to like them and thinking they are hard working and responsible, which is not true.
Yet boss never did anything to stop it, instead he will ask us to be more understanding and tolerant, and improve our communication skills..
A few real nice coworkers quit due to the toxic culture and I want to quit for a while too. But whenever I want to quit, my boss just convinced me that it is same everywhere. Wherever I go, there always will be people like that and it is my job to put up with it and know it is normal.
But I am just thinking.. maybe in some companies, when there are people like that, the boss or HR would do something about it to ensure people work in a friendly and respectful culture?
And maybe in some companies, there are not just people who can’t do their jobs well yet like to throw tantrum on other people?
Please share some of your experience and suggestions to me.
The only reason I am still working from the company is because I still work from home and sorta in management team.
