I'm stating to get sick of this fucking job. It's a social work position, but they're making do all this bullshit transportation of clients at times. Luckily they give out a company car, but I'm starting to wake up consistently at 6 in the morning to transport one of my clients to school, and the kid lives 1 hour from his school. I've been driving 2 hours every single day and my boss still gives me shit about overtime, even though I am consistently working 45+ hours a week. My boss will literally go through my timesheet and change it so I barely get paid what I'm working. It annoys me, and I don't feel like I can change jobs because it would take forever to get a new position that pays well and at least has some kind of PTO. I'm sick of driving everyday, and doing home visits, I'm sick of the endless paperwork, and I'm sick of dealing with hostile shitty people who care more about themselves than their own children. I hate this fucking job and this is one of the only places I can talk about it, because everyone just expects you to be a work drone and accept whatever shitty bullshit your boss wants. At least the money is good and its close to my house or else I'd have quit today.
