I’m under probation and boss arranged a feed back meeting. Advice needed

Hi everyone! I've been working for a little more than a month on current position and my boss scheduled a check up meeting with me and my mentor. According to her words it will be about my expectations/reality, how I adapted to the work, she will ask my mentor how I am managing tasks. Also she wants to give me additional responsibility based on my availability and desire as she said. How should I respond to more responsibility? I'm busy some days and some days I finish my work in 3 hours. I don't want to be overloaded but I do want to save the job and hopefully get promoted some day. My probation ends in a month. What should I say about my expectations/reality topic? Honestly my only expectations were remote work and manageable tasks. It checks out. Hi everyone! I've been working for a little more than a month on current position and my boss scheduled a check up meeting with me and my mentor.
But I want to give more professional and competent feed back. I prepared some bullet points about what I do day-to-day, how much time roughly it takes, what can be improved and automated so I can free time to new responsibilities. But I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do I enjoy knowing how to do my current tasks and having free time it's the main reason I like my job.
What if the mentor would say I'm not doing so great with some tasks and she helps me a lot, how do I respond?
