My grandfather told me our generation is entitled and complain like a bitch. Apparently, quitting because of toxic bosses and toxic work culture aren't valid reasons. Says the man who bought 2 houses for a lesser salary than mine. “Bosses have the right to do what they do. And you can't say shit about that because THEY pay you. Do what you are told to do and shut up. I myself worked unpaid overtime and my boss said I did a good job. You should do the same and also never argue with your boss about your salary.” At that point this convo wasn't worth my time. Are all oldies this delusional FFS?
